Identify and escalate clinical risk to Executive Director Residential Aged Care or Executive Director Home Care and NDIS and lead the implementation of agreed risk mitigation strategies. Analyse and interpret evidence from a range of sources including clinical documentation, site visit reports and submissions from facilities to identify clinical risks and recommend improvement strategies. Work collaboratively with regulatory stakeholders where required to manage risk and address sector priorities Draft professional correspondence to stakeholders in response to regulatory action, enquiries or consultations. Develop and present papers to the Board Aged Care Committee, Age Care Clinical Quality and Safety Committee, Executive Leadership Team and relevant working groups/committees. Support and contribute to the ongoing success of the Consumer Advisory Body(CAB) and the Quality Care Advisory Body(QCAB) through clinical insight and governance input. Work alongside the Director Residential Aged Care to monitor and respond to Serious Incident Response Scheme (SIRS), develop Plans for Continuous Improvement, oversee training, education and drive improvement initiatives to maintain regulatory and policy compliance. Maintain a clinical compliance calendar to ensure timely delivery of regulatory, policy and project milestones. Provide clinical leadership and mentoring to clinicians across Anglican Care, fostering competency, skill development and evidence-based care. Delegate tasks and monitor outcomes to ensure strategic clinical objectives are effectively translated and sustained in clinical practice. Lead clinical education and resource development for internal and external stakeholders. Identify opportunities, lead change and innovation to optimise delivery of clinical support across the organisation Participate in site visits and meetings to address clinical care concerns, gather feedback and support continuous improvement and/or celebrate achievements. Maintain knowledge of contemporary, evidence based, best practice in clinical care settings across Anglican Care.
